Psalms 5, 38, 41, 42 (20th May) - Li Juan

Psalm 5
God is a God who hates and abhors all who do wrong. It is because of His mercy that we can come into His presence and take refuge in Him.

Psalm 38
We cannot rejoice when God is not with us. We are like the mute and the deaf, with ears yet cannot hear, with mouth yet cannot speak. Cry out to God for Him to come and save you, not taking Him for granted but truly rejoicing that we have a savior like Him. Let Him be the reason you smile.

Psalm 41
The Lord sees those who have regards for the weak. He sees what you go through to uphold His name; illness, slander, malice, diseases, betrayal. He will bless you, sustain you, and heal you because of all that you do to please Him.

Psalm 42
When we truly learn how to put our hope in God, our souls would not be downcast anymore. Let Him quench your thirst, and that you can go around spreading His love and proclaiming His goodness. Remember Him all the time; day time, night time, good times, bad times.
