Ezekiel 42-43 (10th Sept) - Crystal

Ezekiel 42

God is very specific about measurements. Don’t you wonder why God actually take time to keep record of the measurements of the temple in the bible? The whole chapter illustrates the spaces that are to be created to be the rooms for the priests. If God is concern about measurements, what more about the lives that He create? The temple is built on God’s impression. As you read on, you will be able to visualize the majestic presence of the temple. You are His temple too. Will you build your life according to God’s impression, God’s plans for you?

God separate the holy place and the common by a wall. It reveal to me that God is wants us to lead a life which is clearly separate from the common. There should not be any grey areas. Matthew 5:37
Simply let your 'Yes' be 'Yes,' and your 'No,' 'No'; anything beyond this comes from the evil one.

Ezekiel 43

God’s glory fell and His presence return to the “temple”, to the people who turn away from Him. Ezekiel was to take upon this mission and speak to the Israelites. Though the Israelites sinned against God, God made a way for them to redeem themselves. Not once, not twice but so many a times God provide a U-turn. It might be you or people around you who have turn away from God in one way or another. Yes, our God is a merciful God but do not take His grace for granted. If you ever thought of giving up on your backsliden friends think of what would Jesus do. God did not give up since the day He chooses to deposit this love in them.
